eduroam devops team is responsible for operating and managing operational side of eduroam. Devops roadmap notes any outstanding activities from the "business as usual". Business as usual implies:

• technical part: maintain and when needed adjust configurations and resolve user reported problems for:
  • ETLR1, ETLR2
  • monitor.eduroam.org portal, eduroam database, f-ticks, monitoring service and CAT
• organisational part
  
  • provide content for www.eduroam.org + eduroam wiki
  • organise eduroam SG meetings
  • liaise with GeGC
  • liaise with JRA3
  • expert level support for user questions received
